Corporate executive and swimmer, an inseparable pair. As I developed my career in multinational companies I also swam regularly, applying the same commitment and passion while working on myself and the goals to be achieved.
From Nokia’s Head Quarter in Helsinki, to Estèe Lauder’s 48th floor overlooking Central Park in NY, all the way to Brussels — hundreds of relocations — I always found a pool to swim in on all the journeys I made over the years, making my two worlds coexist and always creating new awareness.
When I became a manager, I was also a more experienced swimmer: a Master enthusiast in open water. Among the numerous races I have competed in, the one I love the most is undoubtedly the Crossing of the Strait of Messina, because it represents a virtual bridge, a virtual joining of two shores that have always been as separate as Scylla and Charybdis.
Precisely like a bridge between goals and results, between one’s own limits and the awareness to overcome them, between one’s current situation and one’s desire for their future.

I hold a degree in Economics and Business and an MBA from Manchester Business School. I have studied and worked abroad (France, Denmark, Hong Kong, UK) for over 10 years. I am fluent in English and French, with basic proficiency in German.
